Partial Shipping 

If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Additional taxes and charges 

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

Delivery Policy for Downloadable Digital Products 

Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.

If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased.

In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.

Delivery Policy for Services

Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of the performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon the performance of the services.

Where does free shipping apply to? U.S or HongKong

Free shipping applies to standard shipping within the contiguous U.S or HongKong. Additional fees and/or service restrictions may apply for deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska. Free shipping does not apply to handling charges, which are calculated separately at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO) or the U.S.  Territories. 

How long does standard shipping take to U.S ? 5-7 business days

When you choose express shipping, we prioritize your order to the top of our production queue. For US Express Shipping after your order, we then ship it within 1-2 business days via Amazon FBA(Fulfillment by Amazon ) Standard 3 day shipping service, which typically takes between 4 and 6 days to arrive. For Canada Express shipping after your order, we then ship it within 1-2 business days vis Amazon FBA International shipping service, which typically takes 5-7 days to arrive.

How long does Expedited or Express shipping take to U.S ? 3-5 business days.

When you choose express shipping, we prioritize your order to the top of our production queue. For US Expedited Shipping after your order, we then ship it within 1-2 business days via Amazon FBA(Fulfillment by Amazon ) Expedited 2 day shipping service, which typically takes between 2 and 4 days to arrive. For Canada Express shipping after your order, we then ship it within 1-2 business days vis FBA International shipping service, which typically takes 3-5 days to arrive.

Click-to-delivery speeds by Amazon MCF to U.S 

Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) offers two click-to-delivery speeds: Standard and Expedited. The delivery time for each is calculated as the number of business days between order acceptance and delivery to the buyer. While MCF processes and delivers orders seven days a week, Expedited speed orders submitted after 2 p.m. Pacific Time will have an acceptance day of the following business day.

The delivery times in the table below apply to standard-size, sortable items (for example, items about the size of a bread box or smaller), that are received and stored in a fulfillment center; and orders that are delivered within the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C., without opting out of Amazon Logistics. The shipping and tracking times refer to the time between order submission and shipping and tracking number generation, respectively.

Orders that don’t qualify for the delivery times in the table above require additional time for delivery according to the categories described in the table below. If more than one category applies, the longer of the delivery times will apply.

Delivery times may be longer for the following:

  • Inventory that's been shipped from your location but not yet received and added to your inventory at the fulfillment center.
  • Inventory that’s being transferred from one fulfillment center to another, which is shown in the Reserved column on FBA Inventory.
  • Orders including items without sufficient inventory (as a best practice, we recommend maintaining at least 8 weeks of cover and 100 units that are received and stored in a fulfillment center).
  • Orders placed during anticipated high-volume events (for example, Prime Day, Black Friday), national holidays, and unforeseen circumstances outside of Amazon’s control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm.

 

The following examples illustrate MCF click-to-delivery speeds:

  • If a Standard speed order is placed at any time on Monday, delivery is expected on or before Thursday: 3 business days after acceptance day of Monday.
  • If an Expedited speed order is placed on Monday before 2 p.m. Pacific Time, delivery is expected on or before Wednesday: 2 business days after acceptance day of Monday.
  • If a Standard speed order opting out of Amazon logistics is placed at any time on Monday, delivery is expected on or before Monday of the following week: 5 business days after acceptance day of Monday.
  • If an Expedited speed order opting out of Amazon logistics and delivered to Alaska is placed after 2 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday, delivery is expected on or before Wednesday of the following week: 6 business days after acceptance day of Tuesday.
  • If a Standard speed order is placed at any time on Friday, delivery is expected on or before Wednesday of the following week: 3 business days after acceptance day of Friday.

Where do you ship to? U.S or HongKong

For PURRUGS products, we ship freely to the Contiguous U.S or HongKong with standard shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO), or U.S. Territories. If the address attached to your order contains a P.O. Box, a member of our Customer Care team will reach out to you for an updated address. If we do not hear back within seven days from the original order date, we will cancel your order.

If you reside in a country we do not yet ship to in our free  ship list, please email our Customer Care team at us@purrugs.com with your name, country, and email to be added to our mailing list. We will reach out once we begin shipping to your country.

When will my order ship?

Our products are stock to order - so ship starts on your product after the order is placed! We expect your order to ship within 1 to 3 working days.

How much does standard shipping cost? Free 

If your order qualifies in contiguous U.S or HongKong.  for standard shipping, you will see the cost listed at checkout. It is free.

Do you offer express or Expedited shipping?

Yes! However at this time, it is only available within the contiguous U.S. or HongKong  or Canada and on selected  in stock products. If your order qualifies, please Email us at uk@purrugs.store .

Which carrier is used for shipping?

We normally use Amazon FBA Carrier for shipping our packages.

Can I change my shipping carrier?

We currently normal use FBA Express as a shipping carrier. You can also choose UPS Express or Amazon MCF.

How do I change my shipping address?

If your order has not been shipped: Please email us at uk@purrugs.store with your order number and the updated shipping address. 

How big is the package my item will be sent in?

Packaging varies by the size of the rug and the number of items ordered. We ship the following rug sizes in the following box and weight dimensions:
